This is the second tier of security guard training. Many of the topics in the course are focused on the use of less-lethal tactics including pepper spray, stun guns and handcuffs. Other subject matters in the course range from restraint techniques to arrest search and seizure laws.

Capital Security Solutions also offers guard card level 1-3 training as a package ($300). Security officers who have completed all three trainings receive an additional $1-$2 in pay and position themselves for vertical mobility into law enforcement if they are interested.
